1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and PGK44 (hereinafter referred to as "PGK44", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the pgk44 website located at https://pgk44.cam and all associated gaming, sports betting, payment, and support services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the pgk44 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pgk44 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player's personal payment account to their pgk44 Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which pgk44 verifies a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and age-restriction obligations.
• "Platform" means the pgk44 website, mobile site, and all associated software and services accessible at https://pgk44.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Account balance to their registered personal payment method.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to and use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with pgk44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. PGK44 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement applicable to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
2. You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of using the Services.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of PGK44, its affiliates, licensors, or any software provider whose games are hosted on the platform.
5. You have not previously had an account with pgk44 that was closed for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting entirely with your own funds and are not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the pgk44 platform only. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Upon discovering duplicate accounts, pgk44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. The name on your account must exactly match the name on your identity documents and the payment methods linked to your account.

KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account, bank statement showing your name and account number)
• Source of funds documentation (where required by our compliance team)

PGK44 may, at its sole discretion, request enhanced due diligence documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

PGK44 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT-TRC20.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. PGK44 reserves the right to reverse deposits where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the Cashier page of the platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time, subject to network processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• PGK44 does not charge fees on standard Malaysian payment deposits. Cryptocurrency network fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• Currency conversions (where applicable) are processed at the rate applied by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. PGK44 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested only to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified account details. PGK44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Indicative withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval, during normal operating conditions.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 5 to 15 minutes from approval to the receiving bank account.
• Direct bank wire transfer: 15 to 60 minutes depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT): Subject to blockchain network confirmation times; typically 15 to 60 minutes.

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional compliance verification is required. PGK44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals that include active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements will be processed net of the relevant bonus balance. PGK44 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus balance from a withdrawal if wagering requirements have not been met at the time of the request.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

PGK44 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all pgk44 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on each offer.
• Bonus offers are available to one qualifying account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets on excluded games or markets do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Any un-wagered bonus balance or associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• PGK44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to eligible accounts.
• Where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or attempts to arbitrage promotional offers, pgk44 reserves the right to void all bonus credits and associated winnings and to suspend the accounts involved.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the pgk44 platform are governed by individual product rules published within the relevant game or market interface. These general provisions apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific market.
• PGK44 reserves the right to void bets that were placed or settled in error, whether due to a technical fault, a manifest pricing error, or incorrect event information.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds or payout rate and the applicable odds at the time of bet acceptance, the confirmed odds at acceptance apply.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are disclosed within the individual game information panels.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other events — are subject to market suspension and re-pricing in response to breaking news, team news, and live event developments. PGK44 accepts no liability for market suspensions that occur after a bet is placed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgk44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any individual person
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to place or manage bets
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions
• Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to extract proprietary software or game data
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate transactions
• Any conduct intended to defraud PGK44 or other players on the platform

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pgk44 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, website design, text, and data — is the exclusive property of PGK44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the prior written consent of PGK44.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PGK44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Services
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, game errors, or bet voidance
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers
• Any loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms shall limit PGK44's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension & Termination

PGK44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering
• A valid request from law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a licensed payment processor
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder is resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Where your account is closed voluntarily, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an account is closed by PGK44 for breach of these Terms, pgk44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Findings of fraud will result in forfeiture of all funds in the account.

13. Responsible Gambling

PGK44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. The following player protection tools are available to all registered users free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps that you set and that can only be reduced immediately — increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts to notify you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or indefinite self-exclusion.

Malaysian players are reminded that the regulation of online gambling in Malaysia is governed by domestic legislation including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. PGK44 does not operate under Malaysian government regulation. Players are individually responsible for complying with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

PGK44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
